STEP1: Select Your Data

Firstly, you need to select your list of words / data:

STEP2: Highlight Your Duplicate Values

After selecting the data follow this:

Go to Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values

here for my example, I’m selecting Light Red Fill with Dark Red Text, you can also select the formatting that you want.

To continue, click OK.
